Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located close to the ferry port and the town center, offering a large and comfortable stay. The rooms, though adequate, were situated on different floors. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff members being detached while others were wonderful. The location is central and efficient, overlooking Elizabeth castle and the bay. Dining options were varied and of good quality, but with occasional letdowns. Overall, a decent option for a stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a nice view of the harbor area, although there was some construction noise from a nearby building site. The service was friendly but lacking in some areas. The location was ideal for exploring St Helier and the island, offering both convenience and tranquility. The dining experience was excellent with great choices, but there were minor issues with some staff members. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
